March Monthly Treasure: When One Door Closes….. Oh, The Possibilities That Await!
Let’s talk about that moment when a door closes. You know the one—it slams shut, sometimes gently, sometimes with a dramatic boom (cue deep sigh and side-eye to the journey). But all jokes aside, here’s the truth: Every closed door is just a little (sometimes powerful) nudge, guiding us to something better, bigger, and meant just for us.
This month’s GEM is “Breakthrough”—because when one door closes, a whole hallway of possibilities appears. It’s up to us to recognize them, walk through with confidence, and embrace what’s next.
Here are 3 ways to shift your focus from the closed door to the open ones waiting for you:
Pause & Give Gratitude – Instead of mourning what’s lost, take a moment to thank that closed door. It served its purpose. It taught you something. Now, release it with love and turn toward new opportunities.
Shift Your Perspective – Sometimes, we get so fixated on what didn’t work out that we miss the blessings right in front of us. Instead of saying, “Why didn’t this work?” ask, “What’s waiting for me now?”
Get Ready to Receive – The key to stepping into new doors is preparation. Position yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically for your breakthrough. It’s not just about hoping for an opportunity—it’s about being ready for it!
